    • The 7-day period starts from the date the item is delivered, not when the entire order is received. For orders arriving in multiple shipments, return windows may differ.

  2. Items must be unusedunopened, and in their original packaging.

    • The product should remain intact, with seals unbroken.

  3. Non-returnable items:

    • Items purchased on sale or marked as "final sale" cannot be exchanged.

  4. Defective items only:

    • Returns are accepted only for defective products (e.g., broken seals, damaged packaging that may compromise the product).

Conditions Not Covered for Exchanges

  • Products cannot be exchanged for reasons such as:

    • A change of mind after purchase.

    • Ingredients not suiting your preferences or skin. All ingredient lists are clearly provided on our website, and customers are encouraged to review them before purchasing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a return/exchange request within 3 days of receiving the item.

  2. Once the request is submitted, our team will review it and contact you with the next steps.

  3. If approved, the customer must ship the item(s) back to us.

    • We do not offer a pickup service; returns should be sent via a reliable courier.

  4. Include a proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) with your return.

Exchange Timeline

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed. Replacement items will be shipped out promptly if approved.
